Having trouble adding fruits and vegetables during the week; especially at lunch?  Don’t look any further than your local grocery store for produce in a pinch.

Eating a plant-based diet doesn’t mean you need to exclude other food groups.  Instead you can think of it as “re-centering” the plate.  Pairing fruits and vegetables with small portions of lean protein makes for a quality meal-time and it’s hard to beat the local grocer when it comes variety and great pricing.
